This is a "now page" inspired by Derek Sivers. It's a snapshot of what I'm currently focused on in my life.
Just landed back in Santiago, Chile and starting a new chapter at LarrainVial, in the Asset Management quantitative team. My role is to use LLMs to find investment signals. I'm genuinely excited about everything that could be built at the intersection of finance and LLMs, and this feels like the right moment to be doing it.
In parallel, I keep working remotely as co-founder and Lead Data Scientist at Teapot, where we're building data-driven solutions for the education sector, optimizing and digitalizing learning through artificial intelligence.
Reconnecting with the Chilean mountains. Recently hiked up to la Silla del Diablo in Cajón del Maipo, an incredible spot that reminded me how lucky I am to have the Andes in my backyard. Next on the list: a trip down south to Siete Tazas, which I've been wanting to visit for ages. As always, documenting it all through photography.
After a couple of months abroad, being back close to my family and friends feels like a soft landing. Long sobremesas, weekend asados, climbing sessions and slow Sundays. I'm trying not to take any of it for granted.
